Over-training is one of the main problems that new moms experience. In the effort to reclaim their body back, they make mistakes. Well, fitness is harder to get sometimes, and you should think positive and appreciates every little progress you make. After the nine months of pregnancy, you certainly need time to recover, rest and good food.
Therefore, workout after pregnancy is perfect once you recover after delivery: it may take up to three months to get well after your baby is born. Kegel exercises are a great form of workout after pregnancy. You must be familiar with them from the pregnancy period too. I’m not saying ‘no’ to crunches: they work fine for toning the abs, but only complex exercising brings about full body weight loss. It would be great if you could just go to the pool and swim several times a week. Use your pool daily to workout after pregnancy, or go swimming as often as you have the chance.

Over-training is wrong; the training intensity should increase progressively in time. Thus, while in the first sessions, the pattern for workout after pregnancy will be moderate, you will need to stimulate your muscles more and more in the following weeks.
Yoga and Pilates provide great support for workout after pregnancy because their physical stimulation methods are harmonious and non-invasive. And I do not refer to complex yoga postures here but to those exercises that train the muscles and relax the mind, giving the trainee a sense of well being and comfort. Choose the exercises well and don’t try anything from very advanced levels.
